BIOGRAPHY

Sean T. Cook is a skilled trial attorney with a focus on catastrophic injury, premises liability, and wrongful death cases. He has years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, which provides him with a unique skill set and the expertise needed to navigate complex personal injury matters. Like all the attorneys at Hamilton Wingo, Sean is a great communicator who puts his clients first. He relishes the opportunity to fight for the injured and to tell their stories.

Prior to joining the firm, Sean handled a large volume of plaintiff personal injury and employment law cases as the lead attorney throughout all stages of litigation. As a result of his dedication to his clients and the practice of law, Sean was honored on the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list as one of the nation’s top young attorneys. No more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in a state are named to the Rising Stars list each year.

Sean is a graduate of Florida State University and the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. During law school, Sean served on the school’s National Trial Advocacy Board as well as the Dean’s Leadership Council.

Sean is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, and Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He lives in the Dallas area and enjoys playing golf, reading, exercising, and traveling in his free time.
