BIOGRAPHY

Brad Jackson is an experienced trial lawyer with a legal track record covering more than three decades in North Texas and nationwide. He is widely known for identifying the most important issues in clients’ cases and using that information to help them prevail in out-of-court settlements and jury trials.

Mr. Jackson has been Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for nearly 20 years. Board-certified lawyers must have significant relevant experience in select areas of law, complete hours of continuing legal education, and pass an individual exam administered by the Board.

Brad worked with the Hamilton Wingo trial team that won a $7.37 billion jury verdict in Dallas in 2022, the largest U.S. verdict of the year and the 4th largest personal injury award in the nation’s history against a corporation.

Brad is regularly recognized as one of the top attorneys in Texas and the U.S., including The Best Lawyers in America, Texas Super Lawyers, D Magazine’s Best Lawyers in Dallas, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has held the highest AV-Peer Review Ranking from Martindale-Hubbell for over 25 years.
