Barrett and Sean won the challenging trial against the multinational retailer Walmart for a man who was struck by a car driven by a store employee. The Fort Worth jury found Walmart grossly negligent for failing to maintain a proper safety policy around one of the company’s auto shops in North Richland Hills.

The jury assessed 80 percent liability against Walmart and 20 percent against the employee after hearing evidence of how their actions resulted in the firm’s client being severely injured and requiring surgery.
