BIOGRAPHY
Jordan Avery Garrett is a skilled attorney with experience in multiple serious personal injury cases, including lawsuits involving automobile and 18-wheeler crashes, unsafe construction sites, insurance disputes, and additional civil matters heard in state and federal jurisdictions across North Texas.
Before dedicating her legal work to helping plaintiffs at Hamilton Wingo, Jordan was a defense attorney representing businesses in various industries and their insurance companies. She knows the mistakes that corporations and insurers often make and how they try to avoid liability. Jordan examines the facts with an eye toward the law to make sure her clients get justice so they can return to their normal lives.
Jordan is a proud graduate of the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law, where she previously served as a coach for the school’s Mock Trial Team and President of the Black Law Student Association. More recently, she served as a judge for the Southwest Black Law Student Association’s Mock Trial Competition. She earned her undergraduate degree at Texas Tech University.
When she is not busy working on case strategies, depositions, or one of her many other responsibilities at the firm, you can find Jordan spending time with friends and family, reading, traveling, cooking, shopping, or enjoying sporting events.

Our Clients Are More Than Cases
That was until I was referred to The Hamilton/Wingo Law firm. I was involved in a horrific accident with a semi ,by a friend, not from some billboard or some rich/angry lawyers in a commercial.
Please do your research. I never felt like just a number
I dont feel its pertinent, to my review by detailing my injuries
From the very initiation of our relationship I was assured, and comforated,by the staff.I knew this process was going to take time. God was in control along with the H&W pros. The process took almost 2 years.
Medical bills were processed by Adi Gomez with amazing accuracy. Solina Moreno wins the heavy lifting award for securing all legal docs in preparation for my case. Attorney ,Kristi Wood, kept me informed and assured we were ready to begin litigation.
We tried mediation, led by Paul Wingo, which was to no avail. Trail was set for December.
Sonia Garcia and Judy Ortega were first rate settlement assistants far beyond my belief in helping Paul prepare for negotiation.
Settlement was reached prior to trail.
My settlement amount was beyond amazement
I dont believe life happens by accident. I have totally turned control of my life to a much wiser sprit
My five star rating was five stars to short
This expierance is the best Ive had in a long time.
Second only to my wife leaving me
