BIOGRAPHY
Jordan Avery Garrett is a skilled attorney with experience in multiple serious personal injury cases, including lawsuits involving automobile and 18-wheeler crashes, unsafe construction sites, insurance disputes, and additional civil matters heard in state and federal jurisdictions across North Texas.
Before dedicating her legal work to helping plaintiffs at Hamilton Wingo, Jordan was a defense attorney representing businesses in various industries and their insurance companies. She knows the mistakes that corporations and insurers often make and how they try to avoid liability. Jordan examines the facts with an eye toward the law to make sure her clients get justice so they can return to their normal lives.
Jordan is a proud graduate of the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law, where she is a coach for the school’s Mock Trial Team and previously served as President of the Black Law Student Association. She earned her undergraduate degree at Texas Tech University.
When she is not busy working on case strategies, depositions, or one of her many other responsibilities at the firm, you can find Jordan spending time with friends and family, reading, cooking, shopping, or enjoying sporting events.
