The Dallas-based personal injury litigation boutique of Hamilton Wingo, LLP celebrates the promotion of experienced trial attorney Ray T. Khirallah, Jr. to partner in the firm.
Khirallah has distinguished himself by securing favorable results for clients while providing steadying counsel through difficult times.
“Ray truly embodies Hamilton Wingo’s values and our complete commitment to our clients and communities,” said Chris Hamilton, owner and partner of Hamilton Wingo, LLP. “I am thrilled to announce his promotion to partner and excited to welcome the diversity of thought, background, and experience Ray brings to further our ability to win substantial verdicts and settlements.”
Khirallah has tried injury cases to verdict throughout the state and has developed specific expertise in handling severe and catastrophic injuries in diverse venues. He has secured multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements in oil-field, 18-wheeler, and premises liability cases throughout Texas.
“It is a tremendous honor to become an integral part of a firm that has historically obtained hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for their clients,” Khirallah said. “Hamilton Wingo has a well-established reputation when it comes to elite litigation, so the opportunity to be welcomed, and contribute to, the team’s ongoing success is one I relish. This firm focuses on providing a complete commitment to the clients we serve, and obtaining considerable verdicts and settlements for cases other attorneys won’t take — for those reasons and more, I’m excited to continue as a partner for a very long time.”
Khirallah is a frequent speaker on trial issues at Texas State Bar CLE courses, including the Advanced Personal Injury seminar, the Damages in Civil Litigation, and product liability seminars. He is originally from Dallas and worked as a journalist and high school teacher for five years before attending law school at the Suffolk University Law School in Boston.
