“We are pleased to welcome Austin Aguirre to our team of lawyers,” said Chris Hamilton, owner and partner of Hamilton Wingo, LLP. “We are confident that Austin’s experience will allow him to represent our firm’s clients zealously.”
Aguirre has built his career around gaining experience to become an effective litigator on behalf of personal injury plaintiffs. Before joining Hamilton Wingo, he worked for several years representing clients at personal injury firms in Texas, as well as working as legislative counsel for a Congressman in the United States House of Representatives.
“I am passionate about helping those who have faced life-altering injuries caused by someone else’s negligence,” said Aguirre. “I am excited to join a firm with a proven history of obtaining justice and large verdicts for their clients.”
Aguirre is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, where he was an articles editor on Texas Law Review and a member of the Chicano/Hispanic Law Students Association and Texas Hispanic Journal of Law and Policy. He earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M and is admitted to practice law in Texas, including the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
