Victoria L. Watson’s diverse legal background promotes a well-rounded approach to representing victims and maximizing recovery for her clients. Victoria focuses her practice on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and products liability matters. Prior to joining Hamilton Wingo, Victoria represented insurance carriers and policyholders in insurance coverage disputes and other civil litigation matters in both state and federal court.
Since graduating from law school, Victoria has built her career around gaining experience to become an effective litigator and fierce advocate for victims and their families. She believes creativity, innovation, and adaptability are essential to modern law practice, and she commits herself to establish close relationships with clients to provide expert solutions.
Victoria obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Louis University and later attended Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where she received her Juris Doctor. During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Dallas County 68th Judicial District Court and 302nd Family District Court.
Victoria is licensed to practice in the State of Texas as well as the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas. She is an active member of the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, Dallas Women Lawyers Association, and William “Mac” Taylor American Inn of Court.
