Catherine Schneider started her career in criminal law and has five years of experience as a prosecutor across Texas. Prior to joining Hamilton Wingo, LLP, Catherine represented insurance carriers and policyholders in insurance coverage disputes and other civil litigation matters.

Catherine obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia and later attended St. Mary’s University in Texas, where she received her Juris Doctor. During law school, she worked as a legal intern for the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office.

Catherine is licensed to practice in the State of Texas. She focuses her practice on pre-litigation matters for first and third-party insurance, personal injury, wrongful death, transportation, products liability, insurance coverage, and property/casualty matters.

In her free time, Catherine volunteers her time as a mock trial coach for Southern Methodist University School of Law and recently lead her team to the National Semi-Finalists in January 2020. She is an active member of the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and the Hispanic Law Association. In addition, she was a member of the 2017 DAYL Leadership Class.
