Biography

Austin Aguirre is an eighth-generation Texan who became an attorney to help people who have been injured get their lives back together. Since he graduated from the University of Texas School of Law, Austin has built his career around gaining experience to become an effective litigator on behalf of personal-injury plaintiffs. He believes creativity, innovation, and adaptability are essential to modern law practice, and he commits himself to establishing close relationships with clients to provide skillful solutions.

Austin graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2018, where he was an articles editor on Texas Law Review and a member of the Chicano/Hispanic Law Students Association and Texas Hispanic Journal of Law and Policy. He’s also a proud Aggie, graduating from Texas A&M in 2014. Before joining Hamilton Wingo, Austin worked as legislative counsel for a Congressman in the United States House of Representatives.
