Woman deprived of oxygen for more than 30 minutes at hospital where she worked DALLAS – The family of a 29-year-old mother of two from Burleson, Texas, has filed a medical negligence lawsuit against Medical Center Arlington, the same hospital where the woman had worked as a surgical technician for eight years. Several attorneys at Hamilton Wingo, LLP volunteered to teach at middle and high school classrooms within Dallas ISD as part of the Dallas Bar Association’s Law in the Schools Program. Attorneys Chris Hamilton, Angela Pacheco, and Meagan Martin gave interactive presentations showing how our First Amendment freedoms are still being defined today. Students debated whether sagging pants constituted a free speech act and whether that should be limited in schools.
